1. Custom Orders
At giftandframe, every photo frame is meticulously personalized and custom-made to your specific requirements. Because these items are uniquely created for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your custom frame arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund for a damaged item, we require the following:
- An unboxing video of the package.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging.
- Your order number.
Please email these details to our support team at our Contact Us page allowing us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. AI Studio Credits
AI Studio credits are fully refundable. If you purchase an AI generated frame, the credit cost will be subtracted or refunded toward your final cart price. If you purchase credits and are unsatisfied with the generations, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of unused credits.
4. Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing your custom order. Once the production and printing process has begun, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.
5. Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
